Consumer criticism directed at Jagex.

I am a customer publishing criticism of Jagex’s customer treatment and business ethics. This site hosts my negative reviews and redacted consumer complaints from other paying customers. I do not work for Jagex. I do not speak for Jagex. I write in the first person because this is criticism and commentary, not corporate messaging.

Why this site exists

I invested time and money in accounts and memberships. When enforcement and support produced opaque bans, unfair mutes, and appeals that did not address the stated charge, the customer treatment did not meet the standard I expect from a company that takes payment. In my opinion, that is a business-ethics problem. This site exists to put that record in public view.

What this site publishes

  • Negative reviews and direct criticism of Jagex customer treatment and business practices.
  • Redacted consumer complaints about bans, mutes, appeals, and support failures.
  • Opinion comparing Jagex’s public rules and promises with what paying customers actually receive.

What this site does not publish

  • Usernames, real names, or other personal identifiers of complainants.
  • Ban-evasion instructions, cheats, exploits, or leaked material.
  • Uncritical reprints of corporate press releases presented as news.
  • Allegations of crime or fraud. Claims stay within opinion and verifiable public fact about customer treatment and business practices.

Noncommercial by design

There is no advertising, no affiliate linking, no memberships, and no donation requests. Nothing is sold. I am not a commercial competitor of Jagex. I am a critic of Jagex’s business practices.

Why this domain name

I use jagex.io to identify the company that is the subject of the criticism. The name tells readers who the complaints concern. It is not an official Jagex storefront, not a parked advertising page, and not a lookalike login or support portal.

  • I have never offered this domain for sale, and I will not.
  • This site has never hosted advertising or a monetized lander.
  • I do not impersonate Jagex account, store, or support services.
  • Legal threats regarding this site will be published on the Legal Updates page.

To Jagex

If a complaint contains a factual error, identify it and I will correct the record. If the response is a cease-and-desist instead of improved customer treatment, that letter will be published as well.
